Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Please allow up to 2-7 business days for your order to process. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days (1 to 20 for international orders) to arrive depending on the courier and level of service you select.
